The Ballpool sanitisation system is a powerful, effective and mobile solution to problems involved in ballpool cleaning, suitable for any size of play area, large or small.
The BP 240 is a unique machine, which has been purpose built to address the problems involved in cleaning
children's ball pools, and has been developed into the
simple, easy to use unit it is today.
The system is capable of cleaning and bagging up to 15,000 balls per
hour and bagging up to 50,000 balls per hour.
In 2007 MCC developed a special detergent called Wash&Gloss, an environmentally friendly cleaning abd disinfecting concentrate, designed to give sparkling, glossy and shiny clean balls. The Ballpool system only uses 10 cleaning tabs per Ballpool clean.
The machine, which is designed to fit through a standard doorway, has an easy-to-use one person operation for smaller Ballpools and two-person operation for larger Ballpools.
A set includes a brush for 75/80mm balls, two 5m
transparent hoses, a netting system and 25 net bags, which can hold approximately 500 75mm balls.
