A strong reputation and the ability to scale up as required in the future were cited as the main reasons for Gateway Ticketing Systems’ contract win at The National Center for Civil and Human Rights.
The Boyertown, Pennsylvania-based company was selected as the ticketing and access control provider for the centre, which opened in June in Atlanta, and provides a full range of functionalities for ticket sales, group sales and membership support with its ‘Galaxy’ product suite.
The 43,000ft2 museum is located next to the World of Coca-Cola and the Georgia Aquarium, which are also Gateway customers. Drawing on the experience of these attractions, Gateway said he centre would quickly be able to establish best-practices to optimise operations and the guest experience.
