Xn Leisure Systems Limited is delighted to have been shortlisted as a finalist for the 'Retail Systems Awards 2010 - Celebrating Innovation - Best use of technology in the hospitality and leisure sector' for a kiosk deployment in partnership with Protouch Manufacturing Limited.
The innovation of taking tasks away from the reception team to enable them to become more focused on their primary role of customer service is one of the key drivers for kiosk provision. With some of the simpler tasks of checking in for activities and making future bookings or enquiries quickly and efficiently from a user friendly terminal is a natural extension and progression of site facilities.
Releasing the reception team to be more information and customer orientated within the facility, less rushed and able to spend quality time with customers aids the customer experience. The leisure industry can be a scary place for the uninitiated and a warm friendly face with time to help is a vital ingredient in making the gym or sporting facility a more welcoming and less intimidating environment.

attractions, and family-friendly hotels. But the offering that truly stands out with fun
for everyone is Studio City Water Park – Macau’s first stand-alone water park, with all
the water slides and aquatic play structures supplied by WhiteWater. |
