Open Frontiers is implementing its Time Pursuit booking, ticketing and customer management system at Xtreme.ie, one of Ireland's largest outdoor activity operators.
The company has deployed Time Pursuit across all six of its main activity sites as well as its call centre operation and for online sales via its website.
The 3.5m euro flagship Xtreme.ie site is situated around a 45 minute drive north of Dublin and offers 32 activities and packages centred around a giant wooden activity tower.
Xtreme.ie will also be launching Open Frontier's web enabled ePOS touch screen till application, Web-2-Till, for onsite sales.
This application is intended to seamlessly incorporate all site bookings and ancillary purchases made onsite with bookings made across online and telesales channels. It also provides real-time business intelligence through a powerful back office.
