New alliance looks to create themed visitor attractions across Europe
POSTED 19 Nov 2020 . BY Tom Walker
The partnership will develop new, story-based attractions utilising the Katmandu IP Credit: Katmandu Group
Three specialist companies have joined forces to create new development opportunities for themed attractions in Europe.

The strategic partnership between FCS Real Estate Innovation, Falcon’s Creative Group and Katmandu Group has been primed to develop new story-based attractions utilising the Katmandu IP.

Katmandu Group is an Orlando, US-based entertainment company which combines "interdimensional" fantasy with steam-punk and Himalayan influences, to create its own universe of mythic adventures, using original characters.

“Our brand is expanding like never before,” said Scott Demerau, CEO of Katmandu Group.

“As we grow the stories of the Katmandu universe, we are thrilled to collaborate with FCS and continue to be inspired by our partnership with Falcon’s.”

The new partnership is targeting innovative experiential destinations – featuring themed retail, dining, and other location-based entertainment venues – and has identified Italy as a primary market.

Falcon’s Creative Group is a specialist in themed guest experiences and has three core divisions – Falcon’s Treehouse, Falcon’s Digital Media, and Falcon’s Licensing.

FCS, meanwhile, is a company focussing on asset and property management.

“Our mission is to deliver insightful strategies that lead to powerful solutions," said Federico Fini, Founder & Partner of FCS.

"We want to simplify the complex, help clients maximise their customer experience and build loyalty among their customers."
