At Home with Six Senses launches to foster resilience during coronavirus shutdown
POSTED 02 Apr 2020 . BY Megan Whitby
The service will be available to everyone, whether or not they have previously stayed at a Six Senses property
Six Senses is launching a content portal to help consumers remain solution-oriented, by supporting their physical and mental wellbeing and resilience during the coronavirus shutdown.

The service will be available to everyone, whether or not they have previously stayed at a Six Senses property, and will enable people to tap into support remotely from their homes.

Content will be structured around the brand’s key wellness pillars – Mindfulness, Eat, Sleep, Move, Live Naturally and Connect.

Called At Home With Six Senses, the service will offer advice on how to reduce anxiety and loneliness when practising social distancing, as well as tips on everything from working at home to getting into good sleep routines.

The service will also offer at-home workouts and give advice on ways to use food to support the immune system.

A variety of content types will be available, including videos, tutorials, articles and advice adopted from Six Senses’ in-resort wellness experiences.

Content will be shared via Six Senses social media channels, newsletters and the company’s website.

The aim is to offer proactive and pragmatic ways for people to care for themselves and the people they love.

Guests currently staying at Six Senses resorts already have access to different experiences and spa facilities to support their daily lifestyle routine or kick-start their journey to wellbeing, but this new initiative is designed to bring similar kinds of opportunities into the homes of people who are self-isolating or social-distancing.
