Fitness First launches Dubai XFit studio
POSTED 16 Mar 2016 . BY Kath Hudson
The studio will cater for a range of users, from beginners to experienced exercisers
Fitness First Middle East (FFME) has opened its latest XFit studio – the operator’s own CrossFit-style offering – in Dubai.

A purpose-built high-intensity training studio, it has been fitted out to allow for functional and cardiovascular conditioning, gymnastic development, Olympic weight-lifting and high-intensity resistance exercise – all in a bid to help users achieve maximum fitness and endurance in the minimum timeframe. MYZONE is also used for feedback and motivation.

“XFit is a unique innovation at Fitness First and we wanted to take this experience to another level, making it easily accessible to a wider consumer base,” says FFME chief operating officer, George Flooks.

“The new location guarantees exclusive and dedicated spaces for those demanding high intensity routines, with the interiors designed to inspire members to take up new challenges and set new goals.”

The studio caters for a range of users, from beginners to experienced exercisers, with tailored workout routines and fitness schedules.
