The Ministry of Education in Saudi Arabia is set to nominate its first three World Heritage sites in the Kingdom to UNESCO (United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organisation).

The HBOS Museum on the Mound in Edinburgh has reopened following an extensive two-year revamp. The premises are six times larger, with 3,500sq ft (325sq m) of public space and 2,325sq ft (216sq m) of display space.
