An interactive workshop and debate chaired by the co-founder of SHINE Mentoring, Alessandra Alonso, is to be held during Leisure Industry Week (LIW) in Birmingham on 21 September from 12.45pm.
The debate will focus on issues that women in the leisure industry have to deal with and explore ways in which women can work together to change attitude and develop talent.
SHINE has the patronage of the Tourism Society and was created to provide women with mentoring services, training, education and networking within the leisure, hospitality, travel and tourism industries.
