The Vitala Group of Companies is finalising joint venture negotiations with El Foudia Development Company, for the design, development and operation of a tourist resort near Alexandria, Egypt.
The 21-acre site fronting the beach located near the Burj Al Arab Hotel will include a hotel and more than a 100 villas. Costs are estimated in the region of $14.6m and the project is scheduled to open in mid-2003.
