The National Railway Museum (NRM) in York, UK, has installed a full-size train simulator, used to train First TransPennine Express drivers.
The replica driver’s cabin is complete with realistic engine sounds, fully operational controls and numerous driving scenarios.
Members of the public can book a two-hour training session at the museum to experience acceleration to 100mph.
