Culture secretary Jeremy Hunt has urged businesses in London to "make the most" of the 2012 Games at an event hosted by London and Partners chair Dame Judith Mayhew Jonas.
Hunt called on local tourism firms to sign up to the 20.12 per cent discount initiative due to launch to the public, with De Vere the latest hospitality group to partner in the scheme.
"We will never have a year like 2012 to show the world that this is, quite simply, the most exciting, vibrant, cosmopolitan city on the planet," said Hunt.
