Canadian manufacturer Whitewater West Industries has delivered new waterslides to Indonesia’s Waterbom Bali that “cross the boundaries of innovation”.
The latest expansion project at the 38,000sq m (409,029sq ft) waterpark featured the addition of the world’s first combination of Whitewater’s ‘Constrictor’ and ‘Python’ waterslides and the company’s longest ever ‘Family Raft Ride’.
Two other slides were also added to Waterbom Bali, which now has a total of 20 waterslides, of which 80 per cent have been supplied by Whitewater.
Santo Gulino, president director of Waterbom Bali, said the slides were not only innovative but had “exceeded expectations”.
He said: “When expectations are exceeded it puts a smile on my face and more importantly the face of the customers, which is the primary motive of the business.”
Gulino added that more new products would be added in time for the following season, but did not reveal any further details.
