The Springboard Awards for Excellence in hospitality, leisure and tourism will take place on 1 November in central London.

The awards will showcase outstanding practice in people retention and development by both individuals and teams over the past year and are focused upon three main themes: promoting careers, attracting people into the industry and best employment practice.
