The British Hospitality Association (BHA) is to host a tourism conference for the north.
Tourism – Raising Your Game, is to be held on 10 November at Thorpe Park Hotel & Spa, Leeds, and will explore the continuing search for quality in an increasingly competitive industry.
Speakers in the morning include Haydn Rowe, managing director of the Results Corporation and Richard Gregory, deputy chair of Yorkshire Forward.
In the afternoon, delegates can choose from three modules before a champagne reception and gala dinner – with guest speaker, John Virgo – in the evening.
The event is jointly organised by the Restaurant Association, Cumbria Tourist Board, Northumbria Tourist Board, North West Tourist Board and Yorkshire Tourist Board with support from the Tourism Society. Details: BHA +44 (0)845 880 7744
