Torbay’s newest visitor attraction will be officially opened by the Princess Royal on 9 September.
The Living Coasts, on Torquay’s Beacon Quay, first opened its doors on 14th July and has received well over 46,000 visitors in its first month.
During her visit, the Princess Royal will tour the coastal conservation exhibition and meet staff involved in the project. She will have the opportunity to see puffins, penguins, wading birds, sea ducks and seals at close hand, both above and below the water.
