The Loch Ness 2000 Exhibition Centre has opened a £500,000 3D mini-cinema in Edinburgh to offer visitors a virtual reality experience of the famous Scottish icon.
The Loch Ness Discovery Centre aims to both lure people in the capital to visit Loch Ness and to offer tourists unable to venture north the chance to learn about the loch.
The film, which is available in five languages, is hosted by Adrian Shrine, who has been researching the Nessie myth for decades. Details: www.loch-ness-scotland.com
