VisitBritain has published new tips on providing the highest possible quality in facilities and customer service.
Quality Edge is aimed at accommodation providers in England and distributed to the 22,000 properties which participate in VisitBritain’s quality assurance scheme.
Steve Farrant, general manager of quality, said: “From 1 January 2006 we will only promote properties that are quality assured by either ourselves, Visit Scotland, Wales Tourist Board, the AA or the RAC.” Details: www.qualityintourism.com
