Four Seasons coming to Montreal
POSTED 28 Sep 2016 . BY Jane Kitchen
The new-build hotel will feature 163 bedrooms as well as a state-of-the-art spa and fitness centre
Four Seasons will open a hotel and private residences the heart of downtown Montreal, Canada, as part of a luxury mixed-use development in the city’s Golden Mile Square.

Developed by Quebec-based property development and management company Carbonleo, the contemporary, new-build hotel will feature 163 bedrooms as well as a state-of-the-art spa, fitness centre and event space. The hotel will be connected to the historic, high-end Ogilvy’s department store.

“Montrealers have been awaiting to see how de la Montagne Street would evolve, and we’re very proud to be part of this unique project while contributing to the revitalisation of this downtown area," said Andrew Lutfy, chair of the board, Carbonleo. "Our vision is to create an architectural ode to extraordinary urban living that will help redefine Montreal’s famous Golden Square Mile.”
