POSTED 12 Feb 2016 . BY Matthew Campelli
Price will address the conference which has data as its main theme in 2016
Sport England chief executive Jennie Price will address this year’s Sports Summit with a keynote speech.

Price is expected to talk about the government’s Sporting Future strategy, and how the document’s proposals will shape the sector, as well as touching on Sport England’s own strategy, which is due to be published in April.

Sports Summit 2016 – set up by the Sport and Recreation Alliance – will take place on 25 May at London’s Kia Oval. The conference theme is ‘Evidencing Impact and Using Data’, and discussions will include: applying insight; high quality data capture; measuring impact; diversifying funding streams; and the social value of sports participation.

Delegates will be invited to listen to speakers and take part in workshops throughout the day.
