Wildlife park deal for Agilysys |

Marwell Wildlife has installed and incorporated an InfoGenesis POS (Point-of-Sale) solution from Agilysys throughout the site's food and retail outlets.
A total of 14 IBM SurePOS touchscreen terminals have been installed at the park in southern England, which are able to provide sales reports in real-time as well as track employee performance.
Each terminal has been tailored to its specific outlet. For example, the Penguin Coffee Hut will only display items on the screen that can be bought from that kiosk, and not the range of beef burgers that are sold at the Africa BBQ.
This flexibility in programming has allowed staff to be more effective and efficient, helping to provide quicker service and improved cashflow throughout the site.
Simon Cox, commercial operations director at Marwell Wildlife says: "The Agilysys solution provided a number of benefits, including a measurable increase in visitor spend per head. We're pleased to have software support that can range across all areas of our business, and help us to not only save costs but to also generate additional income."

Small Footprint, Big Significance: Studio City Water Park |
|
Long known for its fancy casinos, Macau realized within the past decade that it must
diversify its tourism scene to attract new crowds. With the ambition of becoming the
leisure hub of China’s 72-million strong Greater Bay Area, the city began adding shows,
attractions, and family-friendly hotels. But the offering that truly stands out with fun
for everyone is Studio City Water Park – Macau’s first stand-alone water park, with all
the water slides and aquatic play structures supplied by WhiteWater. |

in the attractions sector. |
