Waterpark to open by Niagara Falls

The Sheraton on the Falls hotel at Niagara Falls in Ontario, Canada is to open one of North America’s largest – at 500,000sq ft (46,500sq m) – family attractions, including a 90,000sq ft (8,400sq m) indoor waterpark.

Tourism body Visit London announced the winners of its 2005 awards on 29 November in a ceremony at Old Billingsgate Market which saw the National Maritime Museum walk away with the prize for the UK capital's best large visitor attraction.
