Tourism South East – in partnership with regional tourism organisations including South West Tourism, One NorthEast and Cumbria Tourist board – is co-ordinating a conference that seeks to raise professionalism in the tourism industry in time for London 2012 Olympic Games.
Hosting the world: Achieving world-beating customer service by 2012, will be held in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, on 30 November and will include speakers in the tourism, training and skills from the UK and overseas.
