Parc takes over Baker Leisure Group

Florida-based Parc Management has acquired management company Baker Leisure Group (BLG) for an undisclosed sum.

Steven Baker, BLG's founder and former CEO, will lead the newly-formed division, PARC Baker, which will continue to do business as Baker Leisure Group.

According to a statement, the partnership will offer "consulting, development, and management operations services to park owners, developers and government entities worldwide".

BLG managed the troubled Freestyle Music Park in Myrtle Beach, US during its only season of being open in 2009.

Parc Management owns and operates the NASCAR SpeedParks portfolio across the US and Canada as well as the Myrtle Waves Water Park in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, US.
