International beauty and spa therapy standard setter Cidesco International is expanding its head office support team with the appointment of Jacqueline Kennedy as business development officer.

Kennedy will split her time between the head office space, where she will be creating strategic educational business plans, and travelling the world, inspecting and developing new schools and supporting international sections.

Kennedy will also be conducting online and onsite training courses for Cidesco International examiners.

“What excites me most about working with Cidesco is meeting new colleagues from all over the world, to exchange wisdom and experience and also to gain new ideas,” said Kennedy. “Cidesco has been a part of my life for the majority of my career, and one of my major goals to continue to positively communicate Cidesco brand values and attitude.”

With more than 29 years of experience in the beauty and wellness industry, Kennedy began her career in 1989 as a beauty therapist, where she developed a passion for promoting beauty and wellness globally.

She went on to teach for 24 years at an International Cidesco School in Germany and then a further two years in Switzerland before becoming an International Cidesco Examiner. In 2016 and with an interest in management, Kennedy went on to develop her business skills and expertise as a manager of a perfumery.
