Vintner, Jim Carter, has been given the go ahead by planners to build another Wine Country resort close to his existing South Coast Winery Resort & Spa in California.

Permission has been given for a 42,000sq ft extension, including a winery and tasting room and 42 lodging rooms. Construction is scheduled to begin soon.

Further to this, a 50-room hotel is nearing completion and on track to open in February.
