Customers at BH Live Leisure Centres enjoying top service and great facilities

Customers at Bournemouth's Littledown Centre are getting great service at a superb facility according to a recent review by Quest; the UK Quality Scheme for Sport and Leisure.
 
The independent assessment, which reviews over 900 leisure centres across the UK, takes place at the leisure centre every two years. Areas which were reviewed included business planning, continuous improvement, housekeeping, maintenance, health and safety.
 
The Littledown Centre has consistently improved year on year and specific areas which were praised included employee professionalism and hard working attitude, the Centre's commitment to health and well being activities, the Terrace Café and Bar, ALTITUDE High Ropes Adventure leisure attraction and, in particular, the educational benefits offered within the Centre's crèche.
 
Mike Lyons, BH Live Leisure Facilities Director said; "Feedback following the Littledown Centre's recent assessment is a superb reflection on the team who strive to make each and every customer visit a great experience. We have recently made lots of exciting improvements to increase footfall into our leisure centres. We are also planning equipment and facility investment in the coming months to ensure customers continue to have a great leisure centre experience inBournemouth!"
 
The Littledown Centre has achieved a 'good' rating from Quest. BH Live also operates the Stokewood Leisure Centre which achieved a 'good' rating from Quest in 2011.
 
The Littledown Centre and Stokewood Leisure Centre are operated by BH Live in partnership with Bournemouth Borough Council.
