Chelsea FC chooses Technogym to supply fitness equipment
POSTED 20 Apr 2015 . BY Jak Phillips
(Clockwise from left) Chelsea stars Kurt Zouma, Nemanja Mati? and Eden Hazard are among the stars who will train using Technogym equipment
Technogym has secured a new partnership with English Premier League leaders Chelsea Football Club, becoming the official fitness equipment supplier to the Blues' first team, development squads and ladies teams.

Under the agreement, Chelsea’s training ground in Cobham, Surrey, will be equipped with Technogym equipment including ARTIS cardiovascular and strength equipment – designed to offer the best in biomechanics, connectivity and sustainability.

The gym will also include Technogym’s Omnia-3 training rig for versatile functional training; Pure Strength range of plate-loaded equipment for high-level strength training; the Dual Adjustable Pulley cable machine for explosive upper body exercises; and the medically certified Selection Leg Press MED for rehabilitation and recovery; as well as other free weights, benches and accessories to create a fully comprehensive gym.

Technogym’s founder and president Nerio Alessandri said: “Both Chelsea FC and Technogym share a strong dedication to performance – be it at the high-performance training centre in Cobham, or in the creation of the most innovative fitness equipment in the market.

"We are proud to be selected as Chelsea FC’s fitness equipment partner, and we look forward to working closely with its players to continuously help them achieve the best performance possible.”
