Bridgerton Season three – most Instagrammed locations

Blenheim Palace in Oxfordshire is the most Instagrammable filming location, with 201,951 posts featuring the hashtag
London locations did well, with Hampton Court Palace in second place, and Chiswick House third
Following the release of season three Of Bridgerton, a study reveals its ten most Instagrammable filming locations.

The study, conducted by QR code Generator, analysed Instagram data for each of the 20 filming locations in Bridgerton Season thee, with the total number of posts featuring location hashtags recorded.

Blenheim Palace came out on top, with 201,951 posts. The Oxfordshire palace will appear in Bridgerton for the first time this season, after first appearing in Queen Charlotte as Buckingham House.

Bridgerton Locations Manager, Tony Hood, said: "Blenheim Palace gives the architectural gravitas we'd associate with royalty. The history is baked into the location.”

Hampton Court Palace came in second with 181,786 posts featuring the hashtag #hamptoncourtpalace, the Richmond-based location is described by Hood as – ‘very square, very neat, very Regency’.

Filming locations in London proved to be some of the most popular, with Chiswick House in West London at third place with 45,633 posts (#chiswickhouse) and The Old Royal Naval College in Greenwich ranking fourth, with 25,510 posts . Both locations have featured in Bridgerton during the series and are used as a backdrop to church and carriage shots and the setting for Mayfair Market in Season three.

Outside London, instagrammable locations in Bedfordshire appeared on the list twice, with Wrest Park (20,616 posts) at number five and Luton Hoo (17,120 posts) at number seven.

Painshill Park in Surrey proved popular at number six, with 20,002 posts – this location reappears in season three featuring a new character, Lord Hawkins.

Wilton House in Wiltshire is the eighth most Instagrammable spot in Bridgerton Season three, with 13,568 posts. Golda Rosheuvel, who plays Queen Charlotte has even described the country house as her favourite place to film and says it feels like home.

In ninth place is Basildon Park in Berkshire, with 10,857 hashtagged posts, the country house has previously been used as the Featherington family’s garden and features in season three as the home of new character, Lady Tilley Arnold.

Bath is a favourite filming location in Bridgerton, with the Royal Crescent featuring throughout the seasons, the city’s Holburne Museum completes the list at number 10 with 6,954 recorded uses of its hashtag.
