Aqua Sana Elveden Forest receives extensive forest-inspired makeover
POSTED 05 Sep 2023 . BY Megan Whitby

Aqua Sana's Elveden Forest spa to reopen on 29 September with new look and facilities
The existing spa has been remodelled and refreshed with 25 new wellness experiences
Inspiration has been drawn from the surrounding forest and extraordinary natural environments from around the globe
Center Parcs has made a £6.5 million investment to realise the new spa
Center Parcs is conducting a £6.5 million (US$7.8 million, €7.5 million) spa remodel at its Elveden Forest holiday village in Suffolk, UK.

Reimagined in line with Center Parcs’ Forest Spa concept, the spa will reopen on 29 September with 25 experiences.

The new facilities will be spread across six zones and be inspired by some of the world's most extraordinary natural environments.

Center Parcs says the redesign “reflects our woodland surroundings through the use of natural materials, views and nature-inspired immersive experiences”.

The overhaul was completed with input from interior design firm Sparcstudio – the same design team that refreshed the spas at Center Parcs Longleat, Longford Forest and Sherwood Forest with the award-winning Forest Spa concept.

In total, Center Parcs has five holiday parks in the UK as well as one in Ireland. All are complete with spas.

In 2021, the operator announced plans to open a sixth location in West Sussex in the South East of England.

Exclusive nature-inspired treatments

To mark the relaunch, the Elveden Forest spa menu has been refreshed with a new exclusive 55-minute treatment.

The Tree of Life ritual (£99, US$125, €115) is inspired by the spa’s forest setting as well as the surrounding area’s Anglo-Saxon history.

Center Parcs described the treatment by saying:

“This energising body massage uses rhythmic and invigorating movements combined with grounding techniques to help guests release and let go of any negative energy. This is followed by an uplifting facial so guests will leave feeling revived, rebalanced and refreshed.”

Spa visitors will also be able to choose from a selection of facials, massages and body treatments supplied by Elemis and Voya, in addition to nail services provided by OPI.

In-house spa and skincare brand

Earlier this year, the Aqua Sana team unveiled a Natural Glow line of spa and skincare products following a five-year journey.
