All Leisure, the sport and leisure division of contract catering company, Compass Group, is to provide retail catering services at London Zoo.

All Leisure’s event catering specialist, Leith’s, already provides event catering and hospitality services to the zoo.

The new contract will see Leith’s refurbish the main restaurant in partnership with the zoo, increasing its capacity from 225 to 280 covers. The revamp is expected to take six weeks and will introduce a new brand, exclusive to the zoo, called Graze.
