ProSlide appoints Chantal Theoret as director of global marketing |

ProSlide Technology has appointed Chantal Theoret as its new director of global marketing.
The Canada-based water ride design and manufacturing firm will see Theoret head-up its marketing team and enhance brand development as the company expands into new territories.
The University of Ottawa social science, political science and communications graduate moved to ProSlide from aerial work platform specialist SkyJack Inc, where she held the role of global marketing communications manager.
Prior to SkyJack, she was part of the executive leadership team as brand manager in the solar division of Just Energy.
"Chantal is a strategic hire for us as we focus on the growth of our water ride innovations and customer success relationships globally," said Ray Smegal, ProSlide's chief commercial officer.
"She brings a wide range of marketing and communication experience and is a welcome addition to our senior team.
"With our ever-expanding product lines and rapid growth, we will continue to add to our talent pool to ensure we consistently deliver on industry-leading value to our clients."
Theoret, who has also studied project management at the University of Toronto, is a passionate advocate of animal welfare. ProSlide's distributes its across the world and clients include Disney, Six Flags, Premier Parks, SeaWorld and Universal.
It has also worked on Dubai's Atlantis Aquaventure expansion by supplying a host of new rides, set to open in the middle of 2020.
