The London Tourist Board is to step up its marketing activity after receiving a £7m funding package from the Mayor of London.
Running over two years, the funding is the result of an agreement between the Mayor of London, the London Development Agency and London Tourist Board (LTB) and is the second phase of a three-year plan to promote tourism in London.
The LTB is currently putting together a campaign to promote London to domestic visitors which is due to launch in March and will be asking members of the industry to lend their support to the campaign.
