Building on the popularity of its S4 Racked ‘n’ Ready wireless microphone system, Trantec has now applied the same concept to its S5 range.
Its available in two formats, the entry level version being the S5.3 which operates up to 12 simultaneous channels in nine banks within an 11MHz window. Computer monitoring software comes as standard so users benefit from realtime system status.
The S5.3 is already said to be proving particularly popular with semi-pro bands and theatre productions.
The S5.5 system caters for larger projects and can simultaneously operate up to 24 channels in ten banks within its 35MHz window. Fully interactive PC monitoring via a USB port controls all aspects including a frequency download function, RF and AF monitoring, and transmitter battery status.
Based on Trantec’s S6000 series widely used throughout theatre and broadcast, the S5.5 utilises credit card size beltpacks, frequency autoscan, in-built Infra-red data link, intuitive LCD displays, and professional metal enclosures for both transmitter and receiver.
Both systems come with fully assembled cases of four, eight or 12 receivers and transmitters, complete with antennae, cables and accessories.

attractions, and family-friendly hotels. But the offering that truly stands out with fun
for everyone is Studio City Water Park – Macau’s first stand-alone water park, with all
the water slides and aquatic play structures supplied by WhiteWater. |
