Sanctum has announced a year-long retreat residency in partnership with Auberge Resorts Collection
The Dutch mindful movement concept has been created to unlock a sense of vulnerability, gratitude, self-acceptance and freedom for participants
Auberge will offer four Sanctum retreats in 2024 at select US Properties
The programmes will mark Sanctum's entrance into the US market
Global mindful movement specialist Sanctum will debut in the US in 2024 thanks to a new year-long partnership with Auberge Resorts Collection.

Practised with headphones and a curated playlist, Sanctum’s signature workout combines modern fitness, HIIT training, martial arts, breathwork and functional movement.

Sanctum describes its offering as a “radical self-care experience and wellbeing practice” during which participants move in unity to reach a “deep sense of joy and euphoria achieved on an individual level and as a community”.

The fitness experience first originated in Amsterdam in 2020 and has gained a cult following in Europe and beyond with retreats from Ibiza to London to Dubai, as well as partnerships with operators including Six Senses.

Sanctum’s residency with Auberge will kick off in January at four of its 26 properties:

• Stanly Ranch, Auberge Resorts Collection (Napa Valley, Calif.), 26-28 January.
• Commodore Perry Estate, Auberge Resorts Collection (Austin, Texas), 27-29 March.
• Mayflower Inn & Spa, Auberge Resorts Collection (Washington, Conn.), 21-23 June.
• Madeline Hotel & Residences, Auberge Resorts Collection (Telluride, Colo.), 6-8 September.

“We’re excited about the chance to pioneer and advocate for unique and harmonious therapeutic experiences that haven’t yet been introduced in our respective markets,” said Vivianne Garcia-Tunon, vice president of wellbeing, Auberge.

“Sanctum's unparalleled movement concept is set to empower guests, enabling them to unlock their full human potential during their stay.”

Gabriel Olszewski, co-founder and CEO of Sanctum, added: “In a time when reconnection and a sense of belonging are the highest currencies, this collaboration creates a perfect opportunity for our communities to come together and radically invest in self-care in a truly unique, authentic and transformational way.”
