IAAPA sets sights on Berlin's Messe Exhibition Center for EAS 2017
POSTED 17 Jan 2017 . BY Tom Anstey
The Messe Exhibition Center in Berlin, Germany, will host the 2017 edition of EAS
This year’s European Attractions Show (EAS) will be hosted at the Messe Exhibition Center in Berlin, Germany, with leaders of the leisure, attractions, tourism, and entertainment industries will come together to showcase and explore innovative products and services.

Returning after the 2016 event in Barcelona, IAAPA’s EAS event will bring more than 500 companies set to display their innovations across over 12,000sq m (130,000sq ft) of exhibition space for the more than 6,000 buyers to experience, with the EAS 2017 Opening Reception to kickoff the week of events.

In addition to the expansive trade show floor, EAS 2017 will also offer a programme of 25 educational sessions featuring presentations by some of Europe’s leading operators on industry trends, new technology, marketing and communications, entertainment, government relations, safety and security, food and beverage, games and merchandise, facility operations, human resources, and more.

The event will also include networking and behind-the-scenes tours to Berlin’s tourism attractions, including Tropical Islands and Filmpark Babelsberg.

“Taking EAS to Berlin for the second time will provide value to all attendees regardless of their background in the leisure and attractions industry,” said Karen Staley, senior vice-president of IAAPA Europe, Middle East, Africa.

“Some of the best in the leisure industry are located in Germany and the strong reputation of the Berlin-Brandenburg region in hospitality and business makes it an ideal location for EAS.”

EAS 2017 takes place between 26 and 28 September. For more information or to register, click here.
