Green Spa Network’s annual Congress returns to Colorado in September

The Green Spa Network will hold its 9th Annual GSN Congress in Devil’s Thumb Ranch
Resort and Spa in Colorado, US – the same location where it gathered in 2013.

The three-day programme runs from 25-28 September 2016, and will feature education, networking and discussion of innovation for a sustainable future. The event is limited to 120 spa and wellness professionals.

“The GSN Congress brings a new kind of learning to wellness and sustainability professionals from all corners of the spa industry and beyond,” said Paul Schmidt, executive director of the Green Spa Network.

“Anyone committed to authentic learning, regardless of their level of experience with sustainability, stands to gain from this collaborative and intimate event through its experiential education, passionate connected community, and inspirational format.”

The GSN Annual Congress is known for blending the wisdom of native traditions, pioneering spirit and expansive thought leadership in sustainability. This year’s GSN Congress hopes to also inspire attendees through the location’s rustic sensibility and immersion in the expansive Colorado Rocky Mountains.

Located 77 miles from Denver, Colorado, Devil's Thumb Ranch Resort and Spa is grounded in the area's rich Native American, railroad, and ranching history. The foundation of responsible stewardship has preserved the resort’s connection with the same natural character that existed when the original ranch was built in 1937.

The resort affords guests a unique, environmentally-sensitive, wilderness resort experience amid 6,000 acres of flowering meadows and lush woodlands.

Congress attendees include day, resort and destination spas, product companies, as well as top greening and wellness experts currently solving sustainability challenges around the world.
