Newly launched Spa Pavilion at London's Dorsett Shepherds Bush takes part in organic festival

The Dorsett Shepherds Bush hotel recently launched its Pavilion Spa on the top floor of the Grade II-listed building in west London, UK, boasting stunning vistas thanks to the property’s glass ceiling.

This week (8–14 September) the spa has lined up beauty treats and offers as part of a new national Organic Beauty Festival in partnership with British organic spa brand Pinks Boutique.

Timed to coincide with the UK’s celebration of all things natural – Organic September – the spa’s festival package is called Organic Chemistry Top to Toe Treat. It includes a foot ritual soak, a 30-minute massage, a 30-minute facial, plus a complimentary 25ml lemongrass and mandarin bioactive oil.

The 317-bedroom hotel is owned by Asia-based hotel group Dorsett Hospitality International, which is listed and headquartered in Hong Kong.

The spa features four treatment rooms, a relaxation room and results-driven non-invasive face and body treatments for both hotel guests and local residents. There is a steamroom, sauna and an infrared sauna, as well as two nail stations for manicures and pedicures.

Treatments on offer include a patented lipomassage by LPG hot stone massage, body scrubs and beauty therapies. Products used – in addition to those from Pinks Boutique and LPG – are by Ling New York, Agera Laboratories, Airbase, Perron Rigot and Mink.

Spa packages available include a gift package called ‘Traveller’s Treat’ which comprises a foot ritual plus a neck, back and shoulder massage. The ‘Teen Complex’ package targets 12 to 17 year-olds with a range of treatments from facials to manicures.

Sleep specialists are on hand to train guests, during pre-bedtime appointments, to quieten minds before sleep. Hypnotherapy appointments are also on offer, to deal with issues such as weight management, confidence and self-esteem.
