Virgin Megastore and IMG Worlds of Adventure have formed a strategic partnership with regard to the theme park’s ticketing.
Virgin Megastore is handling online and in-store ticket sales for the upcoming mega-park, which will be the largest indoor theme park on the planet when it opens in the next few months.
“Virgin Megastore is continuously working on bringing the best in entertainment and lifestyle to our customers, through products and services both in store and online. Our partnership with IMG Worlds of Adventure is one more way we can provide memorable experiences for our customers,” said Nisreen Shocair, president Middle East & North Africa, Virgin Megastore.
Entertainment retailer Virgin Megastore, which is located at 40 sites throughout the Middle East and North Africa, is a leading brand in the region. Adult tickets will be sold for AED300 (US$82, £57, €73) and include access to IMG World of Adventure’s four zones: MARVEL, Cartoon Network, IMG Boulevard and Lost Valley – Dinosaur Adventure.
“We are proud of our strategic partnership with the region’s leading entertainment retailer, Virgin Megastore, to issue our tickets, both online and in-store,” said Lennard Otto, CEO of IMG Worlds of Adventure. “With over 85 per cent of the park now complete, announcing our ticketing sales partner is one of the final steps as we gear up for our grand opening.”
