Integrated technology specialist Technically Creative has launched three new immersive products, targeting the visitor attraction market.
Step and Play is a giant interactive keyboard, which allows users to create the authentic sound of the musical instrument by stepping on its keys. As the keys are played, they light up beneath the user’s feet, adding an element of theatre to the experience.
The Town Planner is an interactive, virtual reality landscape creator which uses the latest in sensory technology and creative programming.
Users place down icon blocks which represent different methods of transport onto the interactive tabletop. Once an icon is placed, the appropriate pathway for the vehicle is created.
Guests can then watch on as boats, planes, trains and cars begin travelling around the virtual town and transport system they have created.
A feature landscape screen is positioned above the table, so users can watch their virtual world develop in real time. No two players will create the same landscape, making for a totally unique experience.
The third new product, Magic Sand Pit, users are able to create a landscape by digging and sculpting an area of sand. The environment – which can be set for a wide range of periods, from prehistoric and ancient Egypt to alien planets – is then brought to life through the projector above.
Technically Creative's founder and director Marc Broadbent, said: "Our aim is to pioneer magical interactive and immersive experiences which are inspired by what we can make possible, against what is not currently out there.
"Through our expertise and creative flair, we make fun features come to life!”
Founded in July 2019, Technically Creative specialises in creating immersive, interactive spaces to theme parks, museums, visitor centres and heritage sites.
