| Syx Automations Group plans for expansion with new investment from private equity firm |

Syx Automations Group and its software development arm SyDelSoft have reached an agreement with investment firm Sofindev III, which has become the majority shareholder of Syx.
Syx founders Dirk Syx and Franky Deleu retain a stake of about 40 per cent in Syx Automations Group, which has also acquired SyDelSoft, the software development company of the group.
The funding will allow Syx Automations Group to accelerate its growth offering automation and software solutions for the recreational and public sector in its home markets Belgium and the Netherlands as well as internationally.
Dirk Syx, CEO of Syx Automations Group, said:
“Ten years after our first steps on the Dutch market, Syx Automations Group is faced with the challenge to further expand its activities to other market segments and countries.”
