| The biomass energy plants offers an alternative to constructing an on-site plant room |
 |
Tourist attractions looking to switch to renewables could make use of biomass energy plants, according to Exeter, UK-based Fair Energy.
The company is offering a ‘plug and play’ biomass heating system that qualifies for the government’s Renewable Heat Incentive, a scheme which pays participants that generate and use renewable energy to heat their buildings.
Fair Energy says its solution is easy to install, and offers minimal on-site disruption for park visitors while achieving maximum energy efficiency. It provides an alternative to constructing an on-site plant room.
The energy plant is delivered pre-fitted with a plant room, fuel store and all other components necessary for a complete biomass heating system, including a boiler supplied by Austrian company Fröling.
