| OmniTicket merges with Best Union |

OmniTicket Network (OTN) has joined forces with Italian ticketing provider Best Union Company (BUC) to become Best Union Group.
Both companies will keep their respective trading names with Paolo Moro, former OTN President and CEO working alongside BUC's CEO Luca Montebugnoli.
The merger will make the new company one of the largest ticketing groups both in Europe and globally.
BUC has a vested interest in Italian sport and was recently in charge of ticketing for the 2009 UEFA Champions League final in Rome.
