This year's EAG International Expo, which will take place between 14 and 16 January at ExCeL London, will give visitors an unprecedented opportunity to learn about and experience the very latest in cutting-edge technology for the gaming and leisure industries worldwide.
Building on its proud tradition of hosting the year’s first major leisure industry gathering, EAG 2020 is expected to feature more than 100 iconic leisure brands, showcasing products and services from more than 150 manufacturers from around the globe, along with a full programme of seminars on immersive technology.
Visitors to EAG 2020 will also witness a vast range of socially responsible cashless payment solutions for every conceivable style of leisure industry business, from pre-loadable cards to smartphone apps accessing e-wallets.
The show’s seminar programme has been carefully designed to bring a practical approach to the very latest trends in immersive, out-of-home entertainment, focusing specifically on the impact of new technologies on the amusements and attractions sectors.
Long recognised as a valuable hub for the coin-operated amusements industry, EAG 2020 will once again be an important opportunity for international industry operators to share and learn together.
Commenting on all of the technologies on show at EAG 2020, Martin Burlin, EAG Chairman, said: “Since our rebrand earlier in the year, there has been tremendous interest in 2020’s EAG Expo – it’s an expanded show but still very much founded on the coin-operated amusements sector. Next year’s show will also focus on innovative immersive technologies such as AR and VR and has an excellent programme of seminars on these topics."
“The role that EAG plays in bringing together so many operators in the leisure sector to discuss and share technological advances that are affecting our industry is more important than it has ever been. I am very excited by the opportunities that our show offers for exhibitors and visitors alike and I am very much looking forward to welcoming new and old friends to EAG International Expo 2020," Burlin added.

Small Footprint, Big Significance: Studio City Water Park |
|
Long known for its fancy casinos, Macau realized within the past decade that it must
diversify its tourism scene to attract new crowds. With the ambition of becoming the
leisure hub of China’s 72-million strong Greater Bay Area, the city began adding shows,
attractions, and family-friendly hotels. But the offering that truly stands out with fun
for everyone is Studio City Water Park – Macau’s first stand-alone water park, with all
the water slides and aquatic play structures supplied by WhiteWater. |
