We are thrilled to launch Shaun the Sheep’s first live immersive sporting adventures! The exciting partnership with Electric Gamebox provides fans with a completely unique Shaun the Sheep interactive digital event experience
– Ngaio Harding-Hill, Head of Attractions and Live Experiences, Aardman Animations |
Launching into Electric Gamebox’s London, Manchester and Lakeside Essex attractions, the Shaun the Sheep: Championsheeps game marks the company’s first collaboration with an official franchise developer Aardman to create its first immersive gaming experience specifically developed for younger children to enjoy.
Players will step into the immersive world of Shaun the Sheep, and join the animation favourite and his farmyard friends by competing in the Mossy Bottom Farm Championsheeps.
The 30-minute immersive game, suitable for children aged five and above, will challenge players to take on sporting events with a farm-tastic twist - from ‘Sheepy Uppy’ to lifting ‘Baah Bells’.
The latest Shaun the Sheep game promises to deliver the full Electric Gamebox experience, with “no heavy wearables or equipment, just a cool motion tracking visor given upon arrival, touch screens and surround sound that belts out fans’ favourite Shaun the Sheep tunes.”
Ngaio Harding-Hill, Head of Attractions and Live Experiences, Aardman, said: “We are thrilled to launch Shaun the Sheep’s first live immersive sporting adventures! The exciting new partnership with Electric Gamebox provides fans of all ages with a completely unique Shaun the Sheep interactive digital event experience. Bringing families and friends together to play all-new Shaun the Sheep Championsheeps action games, that celebrate the fun and physical humour of the characters in a fully immersive event.”
Will Dean, CEO and Founder of Electric Gamebox, commented:“Shaun the Sheep is such an iconic and well-loved character, and it has been a pleasure to work with Aardman on bringing him to life in a unique way at Electric Gamebox. We know that children and adults will have great fun working as a team to impress Shaun in our immersive Championsheeps games.”

Small Footprint, Big Significance: Studio City Water Park |
|
Long known for its fancy casinos, Macau realized within the past decade that it must
diversify its tourism scene to attract new crowds. With the ambition of becoming the
leisure hub of China’s 72-million strong Greater Bay Area, the city began adding shows,
attractions, and family-friendly hotels. But the offering that truly stands out with fun
for everyone is Studio City Water Park – Macau’s first stand-alone water park, with all
the water slides and aquatic play structures supplied by WhiteWater. |

How surf simulators are transforming the experience economy |
|
The experience economy, driven by evolving consumer trends, is poised for continued growth
in the coming years. Millennials have been at the forefront of this shift, favouring
memorable experiences over material possessions. This preference has extended to other
generations as well, indicating a broader adoption of experience-focused spending habits
in the attractions sector. |
