Michigan waterpark reopens after significant US$20m expansion

Splash Village Hotel & Waterpark in Frankenmuth, Michigan, has been completed
with the site now boasting a 60ft (18m) raft ride and an array of new

Dubai's Meraas Holding to float theme park development on stock market

Dubai government-owned real-estate developer Meraas Holding is looking raise
AED2.5bn (US$689m, €554m, £434m) to finance its AED10bn (US$2.7bn
€2.2bn, £1.7m) mega-theme park resort development by selling 40 per cent of
the shares for Dubai Parks & Resorts to investors at a public offering later this
month (November).

Struggling Euro Disney reports €114m net loss for 2014

Work underway on Kenya's KES2.3tn mega mixed-use development

transformation with a KES2.3tn (US$25bn, €19.9bn, £15.6bn) development
planned to include the largest container port on the East African seaboard,
complete with a “Las Vegas-style city” and an international airport.
