Theme park design and construction company Wonderworks/Vertex has been awarded the contract for the first stage concept and theme design of two hotel and waterpark resorts in Milwaukee, USA for SouthSeas Island Resort.

The resorts, currently in design, will have a South Sea Islands theme and are expected to open to the public in Spring 2003. The aim is to create an authentic and entertaining year round family resort which will feature in and outdoor waterparks attached to the hotels, spa, health club and themed bars and restaurants.
