Universal Studios Hollywood releases teaser tour of Harry Potter world

The Hogwarts Express conductor gives a tour of the new Hollywood attraction
Universal Studios Hollywood has released a teaser video to get fans excited about the upcoming opening of the Wizarding World of Harry Potter at the Los Angeles, California park.
In the virtual tour, the Hogwarts conductor describes the shops, such as Ollivanders wand shop and Honeyduke’s sweet shop, and the dining facilities, including the Three Broomsticks, where “house elves will be darting about”, that will be part of the latest Harry Potter world. Hogwarts Castle and Hagrid’s Hut are also mentioned in the tour.
Hollywood’s Wizarding World has been in progress for the past five years, and the highly anticipated attraction is scheduled to open in spring 2016.

Universal has achieved exceptional theme park attendance and profit growth, driven by the Harry Potter attractions at Universal in Orlando and Japan.
Earlier this year, parent company Comcast promised one 'great attraction' a year at all Universal resorts, something it has so far lived up to with notable investments for next year including the Harry Potter attraction at Universal Hollywood, and the upcoming Skull Island: The Reign of Kong for Islands of Adventure and its Volcano Bay waterpark in Orlando.

Universal has continued its theme park growth spearheaded by Harry Potter, with parent
company Comcast reporting record attendance at its theme parks in Orlando and

Universal Studios Japan (USJ) has announced plans for a Jurassic Park-themed
flying coaster, with a ¥10bn (US$83.4m, €74.2m, £54.9m) investment into the B&M-
manufactured ride.
Off the back of the success of the first round of Everyday Heritage Grants in 2022, Historic
England is funding 56 creative projects that honour the heritage of working-class England.
Universal has revealed it will be adding new Harry Potter attractions, alongside Super Nintendo
and How to Train Your Dragon worlds to its Florida resort.
