The Six Flags Over Georgia theme park in Austell, US, will extend its season and cut its admission prices in order to combat an expected fall in visitors this year.
The park will open to the public on 28 February – the earliest opening date in its 42-year history.
In an attempt to secure repeat visitors and drive more visitors through the gates, the park has also slashed the price of its season pass to US$49.99 (£35, 39 euro) – which means a yearly pass will now only cost US$10 more than a one-day ticket.
