Wicksteed Park, the tourist attraction located amid 147 acres (59.5-hectares) of parkland near Kettering, Northamptonshire, is to add the £150,000 Clown Coaster to its portfolio of rides.
Built by Pinfari and formerly located at Blackpool's Pleasure Beach, the ride comprises a single train with four cars and will see visitors arranged two across in two rows.
The installation of the rollercoaster is another milestone for the theme park, which is marking its 90th anniversary and is to see many of its rides open throughout October for the first time.
Wicksteed Park head of park operators Michael Bush said: "We are really excited about the Clown Coaster and expect it to be ridden by more than 220,000 people a year."
